### Paul SANSBY AKA COWBOY (Head Coach)

Paul Sansby, the esteemed head coach at Springfield Waterworx Swimming Club, is renowned for his driven and professional approach to coaching. With decades of experience, Paul has coached multiple elite and Olympic swimmers, establishing himself as a leader in the field. His experience and knowledge are unmatched, making him a revered figure in the swimming community.

Paul has trained swimmers who have achieved the pinnacle of success, including Olympic Gold, Commonwealth Gold, and World Championship Gold. Beyond his impressive track record, Paul is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of elite swimmers

### Michelle O’Roarty (Development Coach)

Michelle Gianotti, a compassionate and devoted development coach, channels her passion for swimming into nurturing the next generation of elite swimmers. As a former elite swimmer, she comprehends the sport’s demands and applies her expertise to guide young athletes with empathy and skill.

Michelle’s coaching approach focuses on cultivating both technical prowess and a love for swimming, fostering a supportive environment where aspiring champions can flourish. Her dedication to holistic development ensures her swimmers grow not only as athletes but also as confident, resilient individuals.

## Order of Australia Medal (OAM)

Suellen Hardie was honoured with the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in the King’s Birthday Honours 2024, recognising distinguished services to the swimming community as an official and administrator.

Suellen's leadership and expertise have significantly impacted swimming at multiple levels:

- **President, Brisbane Swimming**: 2012–2018
- **Control Room Supervisor**: 
    - 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games
    - 2014 Gold Coast Pan Pacific Championships
- **Technical Official**: Since 1997, including: 
    - 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games
    - 2007 Melbourne World Championships
